Join me for a sit down with two of the world’s leading coaches for clay target shooting. Two of the most versatile coaches with a wealth of knowledge in every discipline from Sporting Clays, Trap, Skeet, the Olympic Disciplines, and more. We talked about the PSCA, NSCA, Target Difficulty, and Coaching. I was an honor to link up with these gentlemen and I look forward to seeing them again. If you don’t know these two, Dan Carlisle is an Olympian, National, and World Champion. Steve Liberta multi-time state champion and expert in the Carlisle method providing lessons in sporting clays, trap, and skeet. Steve has coached numerous national champions in both the men’s and women’s concurrent. Be sure to comment below what questions you have for the two living legends. EnjoyDan Carlisle served for many years in the US Army as a shooting instructor for the US Army Marksmanship Unit. Carlisle competed at the 1984 and 1988 Olympics, with a bronze medal in trap in 1984, and shooting both trap and skeet at the 1988 Seoul Games. He was a seven-time gold medalist at the Pan American Games, winning the individual trap title in 1975, 1983, and 1987. Carlisle won the 1982 World Championships in skeet shooting, but won more titles in trap. He was a six-time US Champion in trap, and in 1985-86, won both US titles in trap and skeet. In civilian life, Carlisle continued as a shooting instructor at the Gold Medal Shooting Academy. Carlisle was inducted into the US Army Marksmanship Unit Hall of Fame in 2008.
